She was predeceased by : her parents, Dr. James Edward Chancellor and Dr. Bobbye Alexander Chancellor. She is survived by : her husband William Lydell Rand; her daughter Kelly Marie Rand; and her brothers, Dr. James Jim Chancellor Jr., Paul Chancellor and Robert Chancellor.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Franklin Funeral Home (291 Main St, Meadville, MS 39653). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Rand Family Cemetery (Rand Rd, Mississippi).
