She was predeceased by : her parents, Elbert Monroe Wallace and Georgia Anna Lee Wallace; her husbands, James Burnell Leonard and Guice Edward Myers (Guy); her brother Monroe Wallace; her half-brothers, Charlie Wallace and John T. Wallace; and her sisters, Mary Jane McFarland, Versie Wactor, Alberta Sullivan and Irene Causey.

She is survived by : her daughters, Mary Leonard Sullivan and Guynell Myers Smith (Rob); and her grandchildren, Tommy Sullivan and Gabe Smith.
