She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Ray Cook (Sherry), Henry Douglas Cook (Jonie), Jerry Anthony Cook (Cindy), Tony Randall Cook and Noah Dwayne Cook (Laura). She is also survived by grandkids and great grandkids; and a host of other family and friends.
