He is survived by: his wife Lou Gail Phillips of Braxton; his children, Renee Williamson (Billy) of Braxton and Ken Phillips of Memphis, Tennessee; his stepchildren, Donnie Caughman (Sue) of Braxton, Michael Dubois of Las Vegas, C. James Dubois of Belize and Verna Stokes; and his grandsons, Brice Williamson (Stephanie) of Braxton, Brock Williamson (Ashton) of Brandon, Benjamin Eichelberger of Brandon, Brian Eichelberger of Searcy, Arkansas and Robert Stokes (Lacey) of Brandon. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home (3077 MS-13, Mendenhall, MS 39114). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Braxton Cemetery (122 Holly Grv Cir, Braxton, MS 39044).
