He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie "Duck" Bairfield and Hilda Rae Welch Bairfield; and his brother Charles Bairfield. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Ann Mott Bairfield; his children, Donna Massey, Melissa Torrence (Jack), Michelle Brooks (Tom), MIchael Bairfield (Holly) and Barney "Lee" Bairfield, Jr.; and his brothers, Leslie Bairfield, Bobby Bairfield and Earnest Bairfield. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
