He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Berry Smith and Erna Mae Jones Smith; and his brother James Hiram Smith. He is survived by: his children, Bo Smith (Lisa), Trent Smith and Shea Smith; and his grandchildren, Lauren Crowe, Cady Swindle, Gracie Smith, Morgan Smith and Seth Yetta.
