It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Sue Cumberland of Mendenhall, Mississippi, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Olen "H. O." Tatum and Mary Dennis Tatum; and her siblings, J. D. Tatum, Ronald Tatum, Mary Ferguson, Wynona Peoples, Jimmie Kay Sistrunk and Dean Sylvester.
She is survived by : her children, Jerry Lee Gilbert, Jr. (Angie) of Florence, MS and Sandra Gilbert Bunyard of Mendenhall, MS; her grandchildren, Justin Lee Gilbert, Brandon Lee Gilbert of Mendenhall, MS and Kala Paige Bunyard of Morton, MS; her great grandchildren, Aubrie Lynn Gilbert, Aria Boyer of Morton, MS and Serenity Ward; and her sisters, Barbara Kemp (Pat) of Goshen Springs, MS, Retta Culberson of Pelahatchie, MS, Sandra Lofton (Larry) of Prentiss, MS and Carolyn Tew of Pearl, MS. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
