He was predeceased by: his stepfather JB Moak; and his grandparents, Eugene Thompson, Marvin May, Elzine Thompson and Carrie May.
He is survived by: his parents, David Lewis Thompson, Sr. and Nan May Moak of Pinola, MS. He is also survived by cousins who were like brothers and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall (3077 MS-13, Mendenhall, MS 39114). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at the D'Lo Cemetery.
