He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bishop Copeland and Wilma Burnett Copeland; and his brothers, John Copeland Jr., Billy Copeland and Jack Copeland.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sheppard Copeland; and his siblings, Larry Copeland, Lucy Lovertich, Wilma Walsh and Patsy Grantham.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tutor Funeral Home - Mendenhall (3035 Simpson Hwy 13, Mendenhall, MS 39114). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the Ms Veterans National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners' Children's Hospital.
