She is survived by: her children, Helen Ann Hayes of Mendenhall, Mississippi, David Ray Hayes (Alice) of Jackson, Mississippi and Richard Ray Smith (Lydia) of Huntington Beach, California; and her siblings, Ernestine Byrd of Mendenhall, Mississippi, Jewelstine Sutton (Alton) of Belzoni, Mississippi, Willie L. Hayes (Ruby) of Greenwood, Mississippi, Flora L. Brooks of Joliet, Illinois and Willie Jean Youngblood of Collins, Mississippi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
