He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Warren and Ada Everett Warren; and his siblings, Mack Warren, Lester Warren and Gloria Warren.
He is survived by: his brother Tracy Warren; his nephew Alex Warren (Chealsey); his niece Myranda Steiner (Hunter); and his friends, Dorothy Craft and Sandy Smith.
