He is survived by: his wife Maragret Garner Bishop; his stepfather Luis Vargas (Dot); his siblings, Judy Kelly (Robert), Becky Bennett (Jay), Luis Jr. Vargas, David Vargas (Pat), Tommie Vargas (Camie) and Junior Craft; his stepsisters, Teresa Vargas and Jessica Maddox (Josh); and his siblings-in-law, Junior Garner, John Garner (Ashton), Peggy Brown and Earnestine Hill (Don). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
