She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Brown (Shenia) of Mendenhall, MS, Randy Brown (Kim) of Braxton, MS, Geraldine Brown of Mendenhall, MS and Joyce Brown Turnage (Wesley) of Brandon, MS; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Brown (Shannon), Mark Brown (Chelsey), Courtney Bray (Rob), Destiney Searles (Emmett), John Brown, Zach Brown, Lauren Brown, Mia Turnage and Owen Turnage; her siblings, Kendall Kennedy (Deborah) and Judy Luckey (Robin); her uncle Harland Kennedy (Brenda); and her close friend Judy Lasyone.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee (302 8th Ave SW, Magee, MS 39111). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the Old Good Hope Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
