He is survived by: his wife Joanne K Mulkey; his children, Michelle Lee Seal (Wade) and Kenneth Allan Mulkey, Jr. (Laura); and his brothers, Gordan Mulkey (Linda) and Lonnie Mulkey (Cecelia). He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
