She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Henry Grubbs and Katie Mae Williamson Grubbs; and her siblings, Beulah Frances Taylor, Howard Nelson Grubbs of Simpson County, MS. and Ralph Colon Grubbs of Simpson County, MS..
She is survived by: her husband Sydney Doyle Morris of Richland; her children, Sharon Kate Leland of Richland, Karen Leland Pittman (Larry) of Florence, Cynthia Morris of Mendenhall and Randi Morris (Angela) of Seymour, TN; her sister-in-law Edna Watts of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Tommy Pittman of Evanston, IL, Ronnie Martin of Los Angeles, CA and Laci Martin of Mendenhall; and her close friend Mrs Ora Gibbs of Jackson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall (3077 MS-13, Mendenhall, MS 39114). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
