He was predeceased by: his birth mother Barbara Lee; and his mother Sue Lee. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lee; his children, Richard Lee (Cynitha), Brandon Lee (Jessica), Katina Tuggle (DJ) and Cassandra Weathersby; his father Gerald Lee; his grandchildren, Devin Hofler, Dakota Lee, Dalynn Lee, Destiney Lee, Colton Rowell, Kayleah Kelly, Kinslee Lee, Toni Garrett, Seith Garrett, Aaliyah Tuggle, Anthony Weathersby, Keith Lablanc and Makala Weathersby; and his siblings, Scott Trigg (Peggy), Chad Lee, Mitzi Knepper (Steve), Angie Holifield (Jason) and Mandy Montiso (BJ). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
