He is survived by: his children, David Michael Welch (Charity) of Mendenhall, MS and Chante Nicole Welch Ferguson (Daniel) of Mendenhall, MS; and his grandchildren, Gaven Ferguson, Karli Welch, Madelyn Ferguson and Mikayla Welch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members.
