He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucious Leo and Elsie Mae Crouch Brazeal; his son Joshua Wayne Brazeal; and his siblings, Lester Leo, Jimmy George, Tolli Wallace Brazeal, Venita Frazier and Vera Ruth Rice.
He is survived by: his son Brandon Brazeal (Anna) of Arkadelphia; his grandchildren, Summer Brazeal, Colton, Cole, Brantley and Camden Brazeal; his stepgranddaughter Eva Williams of Arkadelphia; his siblings, Virginia Robinson of Coy, Betty Joe Brown of England, Helen Harris of Memphis, Tennessee and Walter Brazeal of Denton, Texas; Jace Coughlin of Searcy. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
