Barbara Jean Miller Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Miller of Meridian, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles A. "Sonny" Miller; and her grandson Corey Steil. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jo Robinson (Randy) and Tonya Pagels (Robert); her grandchildren, Crystal Bass (Anthony), Summer Alexander (Jason), Ashly Ballard and Matthew Pagels (Leah); and her siblings, Mike Hatcher, Billy Hatcher (Jerri), Jo Ellen Martin (Jack) and Lee Ann Poynter (Charlie). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Miller be made to the Missions Fund at Russell Baptist Church at 1844 Highway 11 and 80, Meridian, Mississippi 39301 and/or to the Missions Fund at Fountain of Life UPC at P.O. Box 601 Natchitoches, Louisiana 71457.
