She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Williams and Josephine Williams; her siblings, Audrey Hadley, Cynthia Haynes, Carolyn Ranie and Louis Williams; and her son Reginald A. Bissant.
She is survived by: her children, Donald (Shonda), Justin Bissant (Sharrell) and Karen Upchurch (Marion); and her siblings, Jo Ann Gray (Herman), Iantha Spencer and Donald Williams. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
