Bobbie Ethridge Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 16, 2023, at the age of 93, Bobbie Ethridge of Meridian, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ernest and Gertrude White Lee of Martin, MS.; her husband Bill Ethridge; her sons-in-law, Walter Ethridge and Dee VanDevender; and her siblings, Roxie Martin, Willie McKee, Nellie Herrington, Betty Jo Herrington, Frances Skelton Herrington, Ormand Lee, Jimmy Arnell Lee, Charles Louie Lee and Andrew "Bud" Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Jack Ethridge (Gayle) of Meridian, MS, Tanya Ethridge Tolbert (Randy) of Union, MS and Gayla Ethridge Carpenter (Dennis) of Meridian, MS; and her grandchildren, William Chad Ethridge (April), Tara Lee Ethridge, Robert "Chris" Ethridge (Nicolette) of Royse City, TX., Paige Ethridge Walton (Rusty) of Union, MS, Kendal Joy Carpenter, Taylor Carpenter Smitherman (Sutton) of Forkland, AL and Kenny Tolbert (Heather) of Union, MS. She is also survived by six great-grandsons, four great-granddaughters, one great-great-grandson, and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.
