It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Cooper (Meridian, Mississippi), who passed away on April 16, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Edwina Cooper; his sons, Dennis Cooper and Gary Cooper; and his parents, Willie Cooper and Lillie Cooper.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Hines (Stanley); his grandchildren, Whitney Fuller (Cody), Dylan Cooper, Drew Cooper, Anna Price (Andrew), Tyra Cooper and Emylee Ingram; and his great grandchild Kaytlen Ingram.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Westwood Baptist Church or Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Bobby's honor.
