He was predeceased by: his father Millard Howell, Jr.; his grandparents, Millard and Ruth Howell; his aunt Diane Smith; and his sister-in-law Pamela Howell.
He is survived by: his mother Denise Reeder Howell; his children, Samson Howell, Bradlee Jo and Mattie Ruth Howell; the mother of his children Freddi Howell; his brother Justin Howell; his grandparents, Wayne and Leona Reeder; his uncles, Wayne Reeder (Cheryl) and David Miles (Linda); and his aunt Wendy Peet (Joseph). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
