He was predeceased by: his daughter Baileigh Nichole Stokes; and his grandparents, Jeff R. Stokes, Ivan H "Pop" and Susie Bryan. He is survived by: his parents, Kenny Stokes and Suzette Stokes; his wife Barbie Jane Folse Stokes; his children, Jackson James Gibbon, Annaleigh Kate Stokes, Brayden Lee Stokes, Forrest Shane Stokes and Madison Grace Stokes; his brother Christopher Allen Stokes; his close friend Jack "J. J." Warren; his grandmother Eddie Mae Stokes; and his mother-in-law Shonda Folse. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Brandon be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
