He was predeceased by: his father Willard Harper; and his brother Roger Harper. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Harper; his daughters, Karen Dieckmann (Drew) and Katie Fulton (Jacob); his grandchildren, Thomas Dieckmann, Killian Fulton, Mary Dieckmann and Carter Fulton; Marie Harper.
