He was predeceased by: his father Willard Harper; and his brother Roger Harper. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Harper; his daughters, Karen Dieckmann (Drew) and Katie Fulton (Jacob); his grandchildren, Thomas Dieckmann, Killian Fulton, Mary Dieckmann and Carter Fulton; and also Marie Harper.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home (6300 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery (3456 KOA Campground Rd, Meridian, MS 39301).
