He was predeceased by: his parents, A. D. Moffett and Pat Moffett. He is survived by: his son Christopher Moffett (Lana); his brother Gavin Moffett; his girlfriend Melissa Shackelford; and his cousin Glenn Moffett (Becky). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
The Moffett Family suggests memorials be made as donations to The Gideons International or to the Center Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund in lieu of flowers.
