Carl Wayne Hill Obituary

A memorial visitation for Mr. Carl Hill will be held Monday, July 24, 2023, from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at Webb & Stephens – Downtown. Graveside services will follow at 12:00 pm at Linwood Cemetery in Neshoba County, with Bro. Steve Craft officiating.

Mr. Hill, age 88, of Meridian, passed away July 21 at Rush Hospital.

Carl was a kind, devoted family man. He adored his wife and deeply loved his children. Carl never met a stranger, and always made a friend. He loved pranking his family, and being pranked as well. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be deeply missed.

Carl is survived by his wife of nearly 47 years, Willie Rue Hill; children, Mark Hill, Ricky Gryner (Billie), Raymond Gryner (Mildred), Carol Estes (Ronnie) and Danny Gryner; he's also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Bubba Whitt, Ronnie McLelland, Chris Gryner, Jay Dubose, Ramey Gryner and Braxton Hill.
