She was predeceased by: her parents, William Steelman and Ouida Steelman; her husband Dr. David Geer; and her granddaughter Alexandra Garnett Carruth. She is survived by: her sons, Jim Carruth (Alisha) and Bill Carruth (Leslie); her grandchildren, Nash, Ella and William; and her brother Joe Steelman (Libby). She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
