He is survived by: his mother Wanda Neese; his son Payton Neil Howard; his siblings, Kevin Neese (Kristin), Holly Smith, Karren Chappell (Jessie), Katherine Neese and Amber Parks; and his aunt Gloria Kuriger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
