He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis G. Butler and Gladys Mae Ford Butler; and his sisters, Evelyn Butler Snowden and Maejean Dearman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Butler; his children, Curtis R. Butler, Jr. (Susie), Peewee Butler (Doris) and William H. Butler; and his siblings, Everett Butler, Leland Butler and Rita Faye Butler. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren.
