He is survived by: his daughter Ciera M. Scruggs; his grandchildren, Jayden Dominguez, Adryaan "Bug" Chable and Kaisen "Paco" Scruggs; his wife Connie M. Scruggs; his siblings, Stephanie Harper and Jonathan Scruggs; his stepmother Betsy Sulliman; and his aunt Hazel Sullivan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
