He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Andrew, Emma Shirley and Tommy Watson; and his niece Danielle Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Amy Shirley; his children, Hannah Shirley, Andrew Shirley, Sadie Cross (Jordan) and Kaleb Puetz; his grandsons, Liam and David Shirley; his children, Dylan, Dawson Cain, Ava and Breanna; his godchildren, Sophia and Brayden Pilgrim; his parents, Andrew Shirley and Amelia Shirley; his grandmother Patricia Watson; his siblings, Lesley Gullette (Tanner) and Joey Shirley (Amanda); his nieces and nephews, Amber Chapman (Jared), Tarrah Hope Shirley, Kinsleigh Gullette, Cole Gullette, Joey Shirley, Drake Shirley, Karsten Gullette and Logan Shirley; Jamie Thornton.
