He is survived by: his wife Sharon Weir; his children, Vicky Gilbert (Joe), David Weir, Jr. (Lisa), Terasa Parker (Chet), Jennifer Deason, Derek Weir (Vanessa), Roy Weir (Wendi) and Shannon Mowdy (Derek); his grandchildren, Alice, Tonya, Josh, Tyler, Payton, Kiptin, Matthew, Courtney, Sam, Kyle, Ashley and Lacey; his great grandchildren, Ella, Piper, Justin, Braelyn, Aurora, Nancy, Ethan, Landon, Ty, Bo, Waylon, Stevie, Hunter, McKenzie, Connor, Joannie and Astrid; and his brother Otis Weir.
