He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo S. Tisdale, Jr. and Nelda Tisdale Wade. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Moore (Ryan), Jaclyn Schmidt (Fred) and Jan Trayal (Chase); his grandchildren, Eden Moore, Benjamin Moore, Sawyer Moore and Julia Schmidt; his brother Scott Tisdale (Laurie); and his fiancée Annette Henderson. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
