She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Simmons and Edith "Bobbie" Simmons. She is survived by: her husband John Cook; her children, Johnny Cook (Angie) and Paige McDonald; her grandchildren, Phillip McDonald (Alana), Morgan McDonald (Tim Davis) and Kimberly Cook; and her great grandchildren, Simmons McDonald, Manny McDonald and Kim McDonald.
