She is survived by: her mother Margie Kea Cunningham; her husband Chad Locklear; her children, Drew Winfield and Lexie Locklear; her sister Rhonda Black Scarbrough (Eric); her grandsons, Gage and Gavin Winfield; and her cousins, Charles Miller and Michael Kea Miller.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Webb & Stephens Funeral Homes-North (7774 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at the Magnolia Cemetery (2638 23rd Ave, Meridian, MS 39305).
In keeping with her generous and loving spirit, Jan gave the ultimate gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
