He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Boutwell and Edward Boutwell; his wife Joyce; and his siblings, Rojean Tedder (Boutwell) and Leonard Boutwell.
He is survived by: his children, Mitzi Majeski (Boutwell) and Kelly Boutwell of California; and his stepchildren, Tom Perkins of Corpus Christi, Texas. and Nancy Johnson (Perkins) of Corpus Christi, Texas..
