She is survived by: her children, Michael Hughes (Glenda), Cathy Panetta and Steven Thrash; and her grandchildren, Trent Hughes (Jessica), Todd Hughes (Cara), Robert Hughes (Olivia), Jennifer Parten, Terry Panetta (Lauren), Tasha Cain (Bradley), Joseph Panetta (Samantha), Gabriella Panetta (Molly), Kayla Yurcak (Nicholos) and Chase Thrash (Chase). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mt. Horeb Baptist Church Cemetery (5513 Zero Rd, Meridian, MS 39301).
