For Frances is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Cox and Dorothy Cox; and her husband Howard Hall. She is survived by: her sons, Lindsey Hall (Jere) and Howard Hall (Helah); her grandchildren, Anna-Lindsey Sanders (B. J.) and Jackson Hall; her brother Robert Cox; and her caregiver Kimberly Blanks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
