He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Franklin Miller and Edna Dewees Miller of Lauderdale, Miss.; his sister Dr. Edith Ann Miller of Auburn, Ala.; and his grandparents, Elmer O., Addie Perkins Dewees of Meridian and Debbie Miller of Lauderdale, Miss..

He is survived by: his close friend Theresa Davis; his daughters, Gracie Davis and Kelsey Davis of Madisonville; his cousins, Gerry Hamill, Kim Westbrooks, R. David, Lisa Hamill, Caviler King Charles Spaniel and Minnie; Dianna Davis Tullier (Michael) of Auburn, Ala., Sophie Tullier of Auburn, Ala., Jack Tullier of Auburn, Ala., Rob (Karina), James Hamill of Atlanta, Matthew Hamill of Atlanta and Luke Hamill of Atlanta.

Frank was well known within the community for his culinary contributions to friends, family, and neighbors.
