He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Brown and Thelma Verdie Brown (McPherson); and his siblings, Bobby Dan, Pauline, Aline, Betty Ann and Margaret.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Gibson (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Robert Gibson (Jason), Amanda Gibson and Kelli Mason.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made in Fred's honor at this link for the purchase and filling of a book vending machine for Crestwood Elementary School. There will also be a donation box available on the day of service for those wishing to donate.
