He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Clair Alexander; his brother Jimmy Alexander; and his parents, Amos Otis and Ida Mae Alexander. He is survived by: his children, Pam Olive (Mark) and Michael M. Alexander (Kerri); his grandchildren, Brandi Dubose, Christopher Gipson (Kerri), Michael Grant Alexander (Alexa) and Matthew Gray Alexander; and his siblings, Janelle Feingold, Robert Alexander, Melba McGee, Glenda Todd (James) and Ralph Alexander. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home (6300 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 3:45 PM at the Providence Missionary Baptist Church (13091 Suqualena Rd, Collinsville, MS 39325).
