He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Pickard and Mattie Pickard; his brother Wayne Pickard; and his parents-in-law, Ruben and Mae Bradley.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel M. Bradley Pickard; his daughters, Janice Gonzalez (Rolando) of Franklin and Tena Pickard; his grandchildren, Leighann Gonzalez of Gulfport, Gabriel Gonzalez of Dry Ridge and Claudia Beecher (Steven) of Charlotte; his sister Rae Carol Enzor (Arnold Ray); and his sister-in-law Pat Pickard (Bradley). He is also survived by Family; and his many friends.
