He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Lewis and Wanda Lewis; his brother Wayne Lewis; his aunt Gwen Thrash; and his father-in-law Michael Harrington.
He is survived by: his wife Erin Lewis; his children, Kelly Padgett (Ryan) and Ethan Lewis (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Mason Lewis, Avery Padgett and Madelyn Lewis; his brother Terry Lewis (Joy); his mother-in-law Mary Harrington; his siblings-in-law, Michael Harrington, John Harrington (Kelly), Tim Harrington, Jennifer Riley (Todd) and Shannon Measell; and his friend Barbara Alexander. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, adopted children and family members, and friends.
