He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle Reed; his siblings, Kermit Sharp, Richard Sharp, Martha Pearson and Freda Goodman; and his parents, Irvin Davis and Ruby Coker Sharp.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Sharp; his son Ron Sharp (Wanda); his grandchildren, Sarah Kate Pollard, Jason Sharp, Logan McRea and Mariah Stallings (Mark); his siblings, Mauvene Thomas, Estelle Fowler, Alice Todd and Bob Sharp; his brother-in-law Dan Massey (Carole); and his son-in-law Eddie Reed. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
The Sharp family requests memorials be made as donations to the Faith Baptist Church Building Fund in lieu of flowers.
