He was predeceased by: his wife Mamie Dean Coker; his son Rev. Hiram Jack Coker, Jr.; his parents, Clyde Coker and Frances Coker; and his siblings, Rex, Paul Coker and Lyda Vic Scarbrough.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Coker (Debbie), Becky Taylor (Dwane), Susie Butler (Curtis) and Cindy Coker; his grandchildren, Holly Roberts (Adam), John Coker (Karah), Dwane Taylor, Jr. (Leigh), Philip Butler (Jennifer), Matthew Butler, Jay Coker, Jena Jacobs, Jeremy Smith (Anna), Leah McMahan (Lance) and Ryan Taylor; and his nephews, Clyde Coker and Billy Scarbrough. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
