He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Caldwell and Clarice Caldwell. He is survived by: his children, James "Jim" R. Caldwell (Holly), Samuel "Sam" D. Caldwell, Bradford "Junior" Caldwell, John R. Caldwell and Samantha Caldwell; his grandchildren, Hasen, Jarret, Asher, Ezra and Isabella Caldwell; and his sister Tena Satcher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
