He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Haggard and Vera Simonson; and his brother Bruce Haggard (Jeanie). He is survived by: his wife Nita Haggard of Philadelphia; his children, Teresa Westbrook (Doug) of Meridian, Derri McDonald (Michael) of Laurel, James Smith (Shannon) of Purvis and Stephanie Cottrill (Josh) of Meridian; his granddaughters, Madison McDonald and Sommer Barlow; and his brother Dee Haggard (Gini) of Meridian. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
