She was predeceased by: her husband Arlin Clark Terry Sr. (AC); her parents, Jerome Dyess and Nettie Jane Dyess; her sister Doris Ruth Herrin; and her great grandchild Allie Carruth.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Forbert (Diane), Charles Forbert and Lisa Forbert; her grandchildren, Albree Florey (Scotty), Leslie Carruth (Bill), Sam Forbert (Rachel), David Forbert (Leah) and Katherine Forbert; her great grandchildren, Scottland Sanders Sutton (Levi), Arlyn Grace Sanders, William Carruth, Ethan Forbert, Liam Forbert, Roman Forbert, Jackson Florey and Addie Florey; her great great grandchildren, Milo Sutton and Ivey Jane Sutton; and her great grandchildren, Sam Forbert, David Forbert, Scotty Florey, Bill Carruth and Shep Sanders.
