He is survived by: his mother Violet Puckett Fields; his wife Peggy Fields; his daughter Wendi Bradshaw; his siblings, Linda "Sissy" Dunn, Brenda Phillips (Bud), Libby Padilla (Alfred), Frank Fields and Skip Fields (Kory); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Dalton and Kaylyn Bradshaw.
